ABO System: Developed for use in slide and tube tests our non CE marked ABO blood grouping reagents contain IgM antibodies for direct agglutination (clumping) of red blood cells carrying a specific antigen in the presence of a corresponding specific antibody.
Anti-D IgM and Anti-D IgG/IgM will detect the human red cell antigen D. Anti-D IgG/IgM can be used for weak D (Du) detection, but some weak or partial D samples will not react with Anti-D IgM reagent.
Rhesus System: Anti-C , Anti-c , Anti-E and Anti-e are monoclonal blood grouping reagents that will detect the corresponding human red cell antigens. These reagents are suitable for use by slide, tube and microplate techniques.
