A visible partner

Following short description of a project by the Client and a confidentiality agreement, Lab21 will arrange a meeting to discuss project aims and requirements in more detail. We will then, in a timely manner, prepare a Quote and a Scope of Work for Client review and discussion. Following approval of the Quote and Scope of Work, we will prepare a detailed Analytical Plan and work will commence according to the agreed timetable.

Recognising the importance of communication timely progress to Clients, we assign a nominated senior scientific point of contact for all projects undertaken. This contact will:
  • Provide regular updates on the work contracted, as agreed with the Client
  • Always be available to answer any further questions
Lab21 is a flexible, Client oriented organisation and focuses on understanding clinical trial needs, with aim to build a strong and smooth working relationship for the duration of the project and beyond.

Skills capability

With a wide range of disciplines encompassed by its staff, Lab21 has the experience to undertake a wide range of specialised or routine projects upon demand. Assays can be worked up from first principle, published methods or by technology transfer from the client. Custom projects are afforded senior scientific input and include full validation in Lab21’s hands.
