Lab21 has developed its experience in managing samples and delivering data in the time-critical environment of healthcare diagnostic services and real-time clinical trials. We have invested in industry standard applications and in ensuring that all data is stored in a secure, managed environment. All Lab21 systems have comprehensive backup, recovery and contingency plans.

Sample Logistics

We have strong courier relationships and operate global logistics network for the shipment and tracking of investigational samples, utilising temperature guaranteed, traceable shipping for both inbound and outbound deliveries.

Customised Sample Collection Kits, Instruction Manuals, Test Request and Report Forms are assembled in our ISO13485 diagnostic kit manufacturing facility to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.



IT and Sample Handling Systems

Lab21 IT and sample handling systems adhere to 21 CFR Part 11, ICH Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP), CLIA and Clinical Pathology Accreditation (CPA) guidelines. Each trial database is designed to meet the individual needs of the Client. We export the data from our bespoke, secure database environment in a format that best suits the Client’s receiving system.
